Another instance:: They left tools behind/forgot essential parts/failed to remove debris, creating a bigger mess/causing further complications/leading to additional problems. Now I have damaged pipes on top of the original issue.

Frankly, I'm beyond frustrated. I need a new plumber, and I need one immediately! This whole experience has been a disaster.
